The Ministry of Environment, climate Change and Forestry through Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI) and Kenya Forest Service (KFS), and in collaboration with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is implementing a project entitled; “Strengthening Forestry Sector Development and Community Resilience to Climate Change through Sustainable Forest Management and Landscape Restoration (SFS-CORECC)”. The project is supported by JICA and will run for a period of 5 years from 1st February 2022 to 31st January 2027.
