It was jubilation for KEFRI for their exemplary performance during the Nairobi International Trade Fair show. KEFRI scooped number one in seed production and marketing; and theme interpretation.
The one week event saw the institute exhibit quality tree seeds and seedlings, value added products, forestry innovations and transformative technologies supporting agriculture and trade.
The show offers opportunities for regional, continental and global exhibitors to display and demonstrate their services and products. It also offers show goers an opportunity to meet people from different countries and backgrounds, hence creating a platform for interaction and exchange of ideas and experiences.
The A.S.K. Shows remain important forums for creating public awareness through one-on-one interactions with various stakeholders on existing industrial training programmes. The institute continues to reach out to its stakeholders through its participation in ASK Shows across the country.
